This years winner is a little different from past winners.

Mark Bright is a stalwart of the Club who has played at every level from 1st Team through to the Vets.  He has coached the Minis for a number of years and now sits as Minis Chairman taking on even more tasks.  Mark also helps at every social event the Club hosts including the Car Boot Sales, 3B's and, of course, the Car Show.  He has come into his own this year as our very own Maitre d' at our Bottomless Prosecco Brunch, organising the waiters and making sure everyone's glasses are topped up!  Mark is one of the most popular people at the Club and I have never heard a bad word said about him from anyone who has met him. 

Mark has two great kids who often help him out.  Poppy, who helps Mark with coaching on Sunday mornings and Barnaby, who is quite the character!  Barnaby helped Mark this year at the Car Show running the Crickerers Arms, which was supposed to be just stock supply.  But by the end of the day he had his eye firmly on being the next Club Bar Manager!!!!  Barnaby helped so much this year that we decided to honour him as well by sharing this award with his Dad!
