If you would like to come along to the show as a Club, we will set up an area in a prime position so you can all exhibit together.

To secure your Club Booking a pre-payment made via bank transfer will be required by 22nd June 2026 and should represent the total number of vehicles that will be attending as part of your Club, at a cost of £5 per vehicle.

Please nominate one Club member to be the Contact Person and complete the details on the Club Booking Form and press submit.   You will then be sent an automated email with the bank transfer payment details (remember to check your junk mail in case it lands there).

Once payment for the number of vehicles on your booking form has cleared and admin has been notified, we will email your Show Pass to the contact provided on the booking form.  

We ask that each member under your club booking displays this on their windscreen, or present it at the gate if on a bike, and keep it there all day.  This will help to visually inform the marshalls at the bottom of the drive all the way to the last marshall where to park you.  You'll be unable to enter without it.

We are proud to be supporting The Royal Marsden and

Local Charities this year and your Club Booking payments will be donated to them.

Clubs should aim to arrive from 8am so we can direct you to
your designated space.  Please note there will be no exit until
1pm at the earliest, so please be sure you arrive with
everything you need for the day
