If you would like to come along to the show with an individual car,
van, truck or bike, we have plenty of space for you to show off
your pride and joy.  If you come with a friend in another vehicle,
we will try our best to put you together.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CUT-OFF DATE FOR THE 'YEAR' OF YOUR VEHICLE IS '2001' (INCL).

If your vehicle's Year of Make is younger than that, please email warlinghamclassics@gmail.com directly to seek approval for your vehicle to be accepted.

​To secure your place at the Car Show, we require a Pre-Paid

Charity Donation of £5, this includes Bikes, to be made via bank transfer no later than 22nd June 2026.

Once you have submitted your booking form, you will be sent an automated email response with the bank transfer payment details.

(remember to check your junk mail for this)

 Once your payment has cleared and admin has been notified, we will email your Show Pass.

​

Please print off your Show Pass and display it on your windscreen and keep it there all day, or present it at the gate if on a bike.  This will help to visually inform the marshalls at the bottom of the drive all the way to the last marshall where to park you. You will be unbale to gain entry without it.

This year we are proud to be supporting The Royal Marsden

and Local Charities and your Single Vehicle Booking

payment will be donated to them.

Single Vehicles should aim to arrive from 8am on the day so we can direct you to your allocated area.  Please note there will be no exit until 1pm at the earliest, so please be sure you arrive with everything you need for the day.
